Succession Planning involves advance planning for how you, as a business owner, will transfer ownership of your business.

Succession planning starts with a conversation. It involves an evaluation of where you are now, what your goals are, and how to bridge the gap. It includes consideration of the universe of potential buyers and the most likely buyer and structure to meet your objectives. Upon completion, and with participation of your other professionals, it provides a plan and action steps to prepare for the ultimate event.

We are also members of the Succession & Exit Planning Leadership Roundtable, a group of professionals committed to helping business owners plan and execute the successful transition of their business to future owners.
